What we install

One contractor for the whole system — the cable, the fiber, the cameras and the software that runs them.

  • 01

    Solar & off-grid surveillance

    The problem
Your site has no power, no internet, and equipment disappearing overnight — and the utility connection is weeks out.
    What you get
Trailer-mounted solar masts with PTZ cameras, on-site battery power and point-to-point radio backhaul. Relocatable as the site changes. No trenching, no utility hookup.
    Built for
Construction · Oil & Gas · Logistics yards · Laydown areas

  • 02

    Commercial & residential security cameras

    The problem
Blind spots at the dock doors or the back gate, footage nobody can find after an incident, and a system the last installer never documented.
    What you get
IP camera systems designed around your actual property — a warehouse or a family home — with recording, retention sized to your needs, and remote access that works from a phone.
    Built for
    Warehouses · Retail · Restaurants · Homes · Multi-family

  • 03

    Access control

    The problem
Keys you can't account for, no record of who opened what, and a former employee who still has a badge.
    What you get
Badge, fob and mobile credentials on doors and gates, with per-person scheduling and an audit trail tied to your camera footage.
    Built for
    Offices · Warehouses · Multi-tenant · Healthcare
    Scope an access system

    Structured cabling — Cat 6

    The problem
Undocumented cable runs, unlabeled panels, and nobody willing to own the network when something drops.
    What you get
Cat 6 to every drop, terminated into labeled patch panels, dressed and documented. Tested and certified, with a rack you can actually work in.
    Built for
Warehouses · Offices · Manufacturing · New construction

    Fiber optic installation

    The problem
Buildings too far apart for copper, and a yard that needs bandwidth the last contractor said was impossible.
    What you get
Single-mode and multimode fiber between IDF and MDF, buildings and outbuildings — terminated, tested and documented end to end.
    Built for
    Multi-building campuses · Industrial · Distribution
    Discuss a fiber run
  • 06

    Point-to-point wireless

    The problem
A far building, a back gate or a remote yard that needs network — with a road, a rail spur or a bayou in between.
    What you get
Licensed and unlicensed point-to-point radio links and outdoor access points, engineered for the path and the weather, not just mounted and hoped for.
    Built for
Logistics yards · Oil & Gas · Construction · Campuses
    Ask about a radio link
  • 07

    Network infrastructure & IT

    The problem
Cameras on the same VLAN as production, a switch with no PoE budget left, and an IT team that inherited all of it.
    What you get
Managed switching with PoE headroom, segmented networks, access points and the documentation your IT department will ask for.
    Built for
    Manufacturing · Offices · Multi-site operators
    Review your network
  • 08

    Remote monitoring

    The problem
Cameras nobody watches, and an alert that arrives the morning after it mattered.
    What you get
Remote health checks on cameras, recorders and solar masts, with configured alerting so a failed camera is caught before an incident finds it.
    Built for
    Multi-site · Construction · Remote facilities

Who we build for

Different sites fail in different ways. These are the ones we know.

  • Warehouses

Coverage from the dock door to the back of the racks — and we run the cable ourselves.

  • Construction

Cameras on your site this week. No power required, no trenching, no waiting on the utility.

  • Oil & Gas

Surveillance for sites with no power, no network, and no room for a compliance problem.

  • Manufacturing

Security infrastructure your IT department will actually sign off on.

  • Logistics & trucking

Watch the far fence line without trenching power out to it.

  • Distribution centers

One standard across every dock, yard and gate.

  • Retail

One standard, one vendor, every location.

  • Office buildings

Access control your tenants don't complain about.

  • Residential & multi-family

Homes and apartment communities — from the driveway and the front gate to the mail room and the pool deck.

  • Healthcare & education

Coverage that holds up to an audit.

Why us

Why operators pick us

Five things that are true of us and not of most of the field.

  1. 01

One contractor from the cable to the cloud

We pull the cable, terminate the fiber, mount the cameras and configure the system. Nothing subcontracted, nobody pointing at somebody else when it doesn't work.

  2. 02

Equipment specified for the site, not the invoice

We match the hardware to what the site actually needs and what your procurement rules actually allow — and we tell you plainly when the expensive option isn't buying you anything.

  3. 03

We've wired the rack, not just hung the camera

Labeled patch panels, documented runs, fiber between IDF and MDF. The part nobody photographs is the part that decides whether the system still works in three years.

  4. 04

On site before the power is

Solar masts deploy in days with no utility hookup and no trenching, then come down when permanent infrastructure goes in. Your site is covered from ground-break to occupancy.

  5. 05

The same people who installed it answer the phone

No ticket queue, no offshore tier one, no reading your own system back to you from a script. You call, and you get someone who has stood in your building.

  • Recorder wall showing twenty-nine camera views of an apartment community's parking lots and courtyards

    Multi-family residential

Twenty-nine cameras covering an apartment community's lots and courtyards

A Houston-area apartment community with twenty-nine cameras on a single recorder. Coverage follows the places residents and management actually argue about: every parking area, the courtyards between the buildings, the walkways and stairwells, and the fence line along the street. Management sees the whole property on one wall.

  • Monitor showing four camera views of a restaurant dining room, an exterior walkway and a parking lot, people blurred

    Restaurant

Four cameras covering the dining room, the counter and the lot

A quick-service restaurant where the questions after an incident are always the same: who was at the counter, who came through the door, and what happened in the lot. Two cameras cover the dining room from opposite corners, including the service counter and the entrance; one covers the exterior walkway; one covers the parking lot. The manager sees all four on a single monitor.

  • Structured cabling rack with labelled Cat6 patch panels and aqua and yellow fibre patch cords

    Structured cabling and fibre

An IDF built so the next technician can read it

Cat6 patch panels in 24-port blocks, every port individually labelled from A1 through A48 and on into Panel B, service loops dressed to even lengths, and the IDF-to-MDF fibre run carried on aqua OM3 multimode alongside yellow single-mode. Labelling like this costs a few hours on install day and saves a day of guessing on every fault call afterwards.

FAQ

Questions we get

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, call and ask.

How long does a commercial camera installation take?

Most single-building commercial systems are installed in three to seven working days once the design is agreed. Structured cabling on new construction is scheduled against your trades. A solar mast can be on site within days, because it doesn't wait on cable or power.

Can I see my cameras from my phone?

Yes. Every system we install includes remote viewing from a phone, tablet or desktop, with per-user accounts so you control who sees which cameras. We set the accounts up and show your team how to use them before we leave.

Do you monitor the cameras, or do we?

That's your call. Many clients monitor their own footage and use us for system health — cameras, recorders and solar masts checked remotely, with alerting configured so a failed camera is caught before an incident finds it. If you need staffed monitoring, we'll tell you honestly whether that is something we provide or something we'd refer out.

Can you upgrade the system we already have?

Usually, yes. Existing cabling and camera positions are often reusable even when the recorder and cameras are not. We survey what's there first and tell you what's worth keeping — a partial upgrade is a common and much cheaper outcome than a rip-and-replace.

Do you handle multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-site clients get one standard applied everywhere — the same hardware, the same configuration and one place to look at all of it, rather than a different local installer's decisions at every location.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Manvel and work throughout the Houston metro and the Gulf Coast — Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston and Montgomery counties. Pearland, Alvin, Angleton, Lake Jackson, Texas City and the south-metro industrial corridor are close to home for us.

Do you offer maintenance agreements?

Yes. Maintenance covers scheduled inspections, camera cleaning and alignment, firmware updates, and priority response. Cameras drift, lenses get dirty and drives fail — a system nobody maintains is a system that fails on the night it matters.

What happens on a site with no power or internet?

That's the work we're built for. A trailer-mounted mast brings its own solar power and battery storage, with a point-to-point radio link or cellular backhaul for connectivity. No trenching, no utility application, no waiting. When permanent power and cabling arrive, we transition you onto the fixed system.
